Roll-in Single Rack Oven - Gas
LBC rack ovens provide excellent baking/ roasting and produce higher quality and evenly baked products. LBC Rack ovens are engineered to provide higher performance with the use of LBC's patented "Vertiflow®" heat exchanger technology.
User friendly control panel makes it easy to operate, manual pre-programmed mode or customizable to your own settings; Time, Temperature, Steam, Venting Pulse or Delayed Blower, thus providing an optimum baking of your products.
