Used/Reconditioned Hobart Double Rack Oven - Model HBA-2G - With “B” rack lifter - Natural gas fired, 120/208 VAC, 3 phase electrical Note: - Full Rebuild includes including new gas valve, ignition control modules, ignitor, flame sensor, new door glass, computer overlay and all new gaskets
Electrical - 2 Supplies Required

1 120 VAC, 15 amps – dedicated circuit required max. 20A

- 208/230 VAC, 3 phase, 4.4 amps

Natural Gas

- 300,000 BTU

- 1-1/4” pipe inlet

- 5” to 14” W.C.

Hood Vent

- 10" diameter connection collar at the hood

- Roof mount exhaust blower to be minimum 900 cfm at 0.6" W.C. static pressure

Steaming System (If You Want To Connect)

- Cold water, 1/2” pipe inlet

- Drain, 3/4” to floor sink

NOTE:

- If bringing oven in one piece, need 108” high clearance by 72” wide
