TECHNICAL FEATURES:
  • Bowl, breaking bar and bowl safety guard made of stainless steel AISI 304
  • Stainless steel AISI 304 spiral
  • Motion transmission by pulleys and V belts
  • White painted stainless steel structure
  • Cap guard for spiral shaft bearings

  • Support wheels for bowl
  • Fixed back wheels, front castors with blocking feet during the production cycle
  • Jogging button for the bowl rotation in order to simplify the discharge of the dough
  • Reverse bowl rotation selector (only at the first speed)
  • Overload and overvoltage motor protection
  • Double speed spiral motor
  • Voltage according to customer’s request
  • Instructions and maintenance book
  • Easily adjust your mixing time to our dual timer system. Automatic switch over from 1st
