Will This Speed Up My Prep Time?

Can I Clean Pans Thicker Than 1 Inch?
The maximum pan thickness is 1 inch only, which is the thickness of most boards, bun and sheet pans and fluted baguettes pans
Will This Remove Grease From My Pans?
This cleaner works only for dry pans, with baked-on seeds, dough, or egg wash
Greasy pans will only smear, this cleaner is not to be used with grease-laden pans
What Is The Largest Pan This Will Clean?
This will accept pans up to 24” tall, by any length
Will This Scratch My Pans or Remove Coatings?
These synthetic brushes apply a soft, but intensive working, and are not so stiff as to scratch soft aluminum sheet pans
Theses brushes will not scratch or remove Teflon coating, silicone glaze coating or Duracote finishes.
How Long Will The Brushes Last?
The brushes are very high quality and will last for years.  The only damage to the brushes we have seen…is if there are sharp or jagged edges on the pans, this will cause the first set of brushes to wear faster.
Replacement cost, per brush, is $190.00 each
How Easy Is It To Clean?
As shown in the video, a pressure washer can be used, but only in a downward motion as shown in the video as the motor and controls, mounted in the top are not washdown electrics
